After an incident of accidental damage to an old MacBook we contacted MacTek, expecting the machine to be useless. Before sending it the head engineer Troy gave plenty of information about the potential outcomes and  reassured us that he would do what he could to try and save it. After a quick and thorough free evaluation he explained our options clearly and answered all of our questions immediately, eventually helping us to save all the data and complete a trade-in of the working parts towards a fantastic upgrade machine.
